"This driver is supposed to be for Win3.1, Win95, Win98, Win98SE, WinME, WinNT3.51, WinNT4, Win2000, WinXP, Win2003. When I attempted to install this driver it demanded 2 command line parameters and ended. The help interface looks like something from DOS days. The readme file does not have installation procedures. I find it hard to believe this code runs under everything fr
