"Driver download included agp166e.exe [800KB] after unzipping.

This is ali agp driver setup file and nothing to to do with nVidia display driver.

Driver failed to furnish correct refresh rates.

Installation did not include nVidia setup file and had to be installed by a manual search for inf file.
