"I'm an A+ Certified Tech and this driver does work for Lucent Modem Model CW56LU-PCI ID 5QVSNG-25391-M5-E. Just open this program and click on SETUP.EXE and it will automatically load the drivers and set-up the modem. This modem seems to want to install on com 3. If after installation, the modem doesn't work, try uninstalling com 3 in Device Manager,uninstall the modem
