"I have a C-Media 9739A which needed AC 97, but this one did not do the trick. File has to be renamed to .exe in order to make it work."

"The download link didn't even work - redirects you to the mercury website which doesn't hold the driver. The words 'useful as a chocolate fireguard' come to mind!"
