"I upgrade my OS to Win2000 and everytime I turn on my computer i need to go detect my CD drive.why Win2000 can not do auto-detect? how can i fix it? please help."

"I,m sorry to say this did not work and can,t work needs additional files if anyone has the proper driver files for this device please send to xthomsk@yahoo.com or post to this site good site ricoh have got to be the worst for tech support especially device drivers"

"Doesn't work through Windows 98. I try to select "Autorun.inf" through (update drive) but Windows is adament that the one chosen is correct. But it ain't. Please PLEASE HELP AAAAAARRGGHH!!!"

"I have been trying for ages to get a driver for my Ricoh MP9060a. I am not a computer whizz & so would appreciate if someone could take the time to send me an idiots guide to download & install the driver? PLEASE HELP!!!!!"

"The update driver decided that the windows driver was better. I don`t agree cause the rewriter isn`t working heaven knows about the dvd as I haven`t got a dvd disk yet!!"
