Additional Notes

I had the problem with my boxker usb 8878A gamepad. With standard windows drivers it's shock(vibration) did not work. I didn't find any driver for it in it's website or in the internet. I contacted the manufacturer via email and they sent me this driver(Twin USB vibration gamepad) and it works great with this model. I hope that this driver works for similar models too :)
