Extract to the folder c \windows\system, where c \ is the drive with windows installed on it.
It will automatically use these drivers next time you are on-line.
I see a lot of people are looking for this driver, so here you go!
Now you should be able to connect at a tremendous 115,000 bps. It makes a hell of a difference.
