The hard to find drivers for the Toshiba Portege 7020CT (and maybe Tecra 8000?)

"These are the hard to find DVD hardware decoder drivers for the Portege 7020CT. TOSHIBA helpfully don't offer them on their website, apparently due to licensing restrictions. Anyway, these work well."
