"The driver did help me in a way that now I can charge the cell phone on my computer but I really wanted to see if it could also work in downloading pictures from the cell to my computer and vice versa."

"Seems to function for charging phone from USB port. Not sure about other functions yet. Adware can be avoided if you want."
