"This driver can't install, because installator displayed message: can't find supported hardware. My hardware: A7N8X rev 2.0 asus, PCI Creative Card sound blaster Live SB0100, win xp professional sp2, fresh install. Autoinstall {new hardware wizard} in winxp are OK, "sound blaster live 5.1 series (microsoft WDM), after restart device ok and hearable sound.

"This package couldn't find my sound card (possibly because it is Compaq package,) but it did have all the applications, which is what I wanted. I got the drivers for my card elsewhere on DriverGuide. Thanks."

"Tried using this with SB0090 Audigy On WinXP fresh install. This tried to set up a c:\compaq directory and failed, renamed the directory to "audigy" and it extracted. Then I was told no Audigy device detected. I ended up going to Creative's website and used the automated detect and install ActiveX which did detect the card as an Audigy and installed the proper

This is just what I was looking for - I didn't try the actual drivers, but all the Creative Original Retail CD apps are there - so I can now upgrade them on the Creative Website, as the tight bstards don't let you download the original apps - you have to pay for them.

Good Job on uploading this one (and it must have took you ages!)."

"I didn't really need it as I finally found the audio board controller in a folder named " Creative " and I had been looking to find it in a folder named " Soundblaster ".

The download DID cause me to find the CORRECT folder ! ! ! ! !
