"Ran the install and it did not work. Went to device manager and updated the driver in the c:\dell\drivers\r83097\ar folders. Works like a charm!"

"To simplify installation in XP, just unpack the files into a folder and burn to CD, then insert the CD when the found new hardware wizard appears (or you can trigger it in device manager) Doing it this way it will install the driver without any of the added software or extra management utilities. Works like a charm."

"this driver works perfect... it does not only install on Dell.. as long as you have extracted the files through the setup and the setup has crashed. you can update the driver through, Device manager and point the folder where the dell drivers were extracted."
