IomegaWare? provides the drivers needed to make the drive visible within your operating system. This version does not support Windows 95 and NT (if you need support for these operating systems, download an older version of the software IomegaWare 3.1.1). We recommend that you download IomegaWare after a system upgrade to ensure your drive is detected by the operating system properly. Step 2 - Install Your Driver

After you get your new driver, you need to put it on your computer. On Windows, there's a tool called Device Manager that helps with this. It shows you all the parts of your computer and the drivers they use. To finish setting up the new driver, you'll probably need to turn your computer off and on again.

Tech Tip: Driver downloads and updates come in a variety of file formats with different file extensions. For example, you may have downloaded an EXE, INF, ZIP, or SYS file. Each file type has a slighty different installation procedure to follow.
