***IMPORTANT TO KNOW*** To Change the default player to something else e.g. Windows Media Player, you need to change one registry key.....

Goto Start/Run type regedit

Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WayTech\Versato\Environment

Go to "Media Player" and modify the "value data" with a link to a media player of your choice e.g. "C \Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe"

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
