Additional Notes

Got this off my orig SiS/HSP drivers disk, but worked for me. Used when after upgrade from Win 98SE to XP Home and seeing Device Manager report modem as "Unknown PCI device" with Exclamation Error - because WinXP needs you to reinstall proper driver. TO FIX open device in Device Manager and "Reinstall Driver". Browse to this supplied driver's folder and it finds the info file - then click OK. Good luck!
