"After going through a million offers and extraneous crap, I FINALLY get to the download and it says the download has a floppy drive image and there is no floppy drive on this laptop. Ick - waste of time!"

"This driver didn't work for me because the BIOS is different for the Compaq Presario 1525US than for the Dell Inspiron Series. I was taking a shot in the dark when I downloaded this file."

"You have to put it on a floppy and boot from a floppy - this is useless because the firmware is for a unit that comes in laptops that normally don't have a floppy drive. I tried formatting a usb sd-ram card to boot from but xp had no way of doing that. Oh well, I should probably just stop complaining and upgrade to Linux."
