"This driver was a perfect fit for an old 2 port USB card I had lying around. NEC chip with D720100AGM as one of the 2 lines on the chip. Card is marked "USB 2.0 PCI" No visible FCC ID, but there is print reading UP212-1112? I think, The card is in the computer so I'm pulling numbers that sound right from my memory- please bear with"

"Bought a 4-port usb pci card. Apparently, the company didn't include the "NEC PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller" drivers that it shows in the instructions. If this is your situation, you have found the right driver! It worked fine for Windows ME."

"Finally i found a driver for my NEC USB 2.0 PCI Controller. On the CD attached was only a 98SE and higher drivers... but this driver works fine on "older" Win 98 version.
