"The file is corrupt, not complete...downloaded it twice and got the same results. Do not waste your time with this one..it is too small a file and it will not open without an error message that says the file is corrupt or incomplete."

"The file saved as .part which you can not open it. and if delete the word part , you will get error openning zip file. this is bad. and shame on whoever put it there."
