"i just installed the intrescan 636p plus for window xp..but i cant get the scanner connected.it says error code=l0..unlock the scanner..bla..how do i unlock the scanner.did i connect the scanner wrongly? how do i know? please help me..really need to get this scanner works for my school project..please anybody who can help contact me.thanks."
