"it doesn't install. support says i must be using an IBM formatted disk, which i did, but still it doesn't work. Any help out there???"

"Driver works good but the instrutions dont tell u to boot computer with a boot disk floppy first then use the driver floppy"

"Addendum You must use a floppy formatted in win 98x even if you are using 2k or xp. You will need two disks, one to download this file and the other to use in updatng the bios. Make sure they are both formatted in 98x. I tried an off the shelf IBM formatted disk and it didn't work. Also, it needs to be a full format, not a quick format."

"I downloaded this file several times on several computers from Gateways site. In short, theirs is corrupt. This worked great!!!Thanks so much!"
