"Very good... had a problem with the cd-rom driver. I have the sp2. Just downloaded, intalled and reconnect the scanner cable.

"had "installclass rejected driver update" error running a German SP 1 XP version on an Acer Laptop after installing the driver from disk. This driver here fixed the problem. I had the scanner connected while running the update, and immediately got a response & satsifying scan result. HP download site sucks, froze my explorer when trying to download their 1.22

"Whoever wrote this ROCKS! The HP website says they won't put out a driver for xp, and gives instructions on how to edit your windows registry to get the equipment to work. Who wants to do all that?! This works great - but the instructions need to include that you have to go find the c:\sj645 directory and then click on the .exe file from there to install the driver corr
