"Awkward installation as running the exe simply removes your old modem and doesnt install the new one. You need to manually add the driver in control panel and even then I found windoze disabled it due to a conflict, I had to reboot, re-enable it and then install the driver from my download location. My connection speed dropped from 38.6kbps to 34.6kbps on first connectio
