"I copied the MONITOR2.INF file from my MS-Windows Me C:\Windows\inf\ folder onto a 3.5" floppy and used the sneakernet to transfer the file to my XP Pro machine. Installation was simple and straight forward with no problems, other than the message telling me that this driver wouldn't work with this OS, and then I selected the Philips 20CM64 driver.
