"Couldn't be easier. I56LVP-F70 on WinMe. Just unzip. When Windows asks you for the driver, point it to the directory you just unzipped to. Thank you!"

"Thanks for posting this! I had a problem with Win XP not finding the PCI Simple Communications Controller, and this solved the problem. I did uninstall the old device. It was great to find a driver smaller than 1.4 meg so I could download it on one computer and copy it to the system that was having problems. Seems to work just fine; I don't think I'll even bother with
