"After upgrade to XP, downloaded, unzipped, copied to floppy, moved to target computer, followed install instructions, got warning about not being signed, installed anyway, got message "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.(Code 39)""

"Downloaded file in zip format, extracted to folder on PC. Pointed to driver location, picked up and installed first time with driver sign warning. Rebooted machine with card still in PCMCIA slot, when came fully up had to respecify location now I either disable the card and safely remove it or stop the device to safe removal. I can reinsert it with out looking for drive

"Worked like a charm, Linksys seems to have become airheaded, E.G. supplying a driver zip, with "OS" named driver folders, that simply have readmes telling me to use the corresponding floppy :P Doesn't help if you don't have the floppy!

"it wouldn't load, computer was looking for np100nds.sys file was np100nd5.sys renamed file, restarted system and reinstalled driver and everything started working..."

"Worked like a charm! Windows XP should have picked up a simple PCMCIA network card. It did not. This driver sorted it out in a jiffy!"

"I was glad to find this, as Linksys has not been helpful and of course the card ceased working as soon as I upgraded from ME to XP. I am successfully connected via my NP100 as I write this (finally can get off the wireless conn). Loaded effortlessly in XP, seems to work great, I guess only time will tell how stable. Thanks Ryan!"

"This was a life saver. The NP100 PCMCIA card was not on the Linksys site at all. This downloaded and installed with ease and works great...even with XP."

"The driver installed just fine, I did have to select to update the driver under |system|Device Manager| rather than XP automatically seeing the card, that's XP not the driver. Driver is working flawlessly."
