"Using this Compaq Multimedia Driver on Model SDM4540UL Keyboard with WIN XP PRO OS was not that good. Only pkey part and acouple Multimedia buttons worked. Uninstalled, and used another Drivers Guide Driver for OSs up to WIN 2000,Drivers Guide File SP16910.exe,which worked on all the keyboard. Recommend. JR"

"this driver froe up my windows xp when i installed it. Also it srares in the installer that it is NOT supported by xp. I tried itjust in case it might be, but it just freezes my system."

"Allows Compaq keyboard SDM4540 to work with my Windows XP PC. Main keys and volume/mute buttons function well, but other special keys above keyboard (internet, email, play, fwd, back, etc) don't work at all."
