"XP doesn't like it. After trying to install this driver, I tried to re-installt the driver that came with the scanner. XP doesn't like it either. That is why I am back."

"This driver is probably good, it installed OK except, it is not for all of the scanners it does not do the scsi (620S) It does apear to be for the parallel version of this scanner. It tried to set mine up on parallel."

"The driver installed pretty well, didn't gave any problem, but never had the scanner working. Allways showed me an "Device comunication problem" (or so) window. The scanner was working fine with 98se and the original CD-Rom drivers."

"To all those that struggle with this driver: It does not install an XP device driver, but rather allows configuration via generic eppscanner support. Your parrallel port has to be set to ECP/EPP, not standard for your scanner to work. Don't expect a device in the device manager. There is no "software to open from the start menu".
