"Modem Conexant SoftK56, Data,Fax,Tam, PCI. I had tried one other driver ( 96Iz08us) but this was was easier and seems more stable.

Highly Recommended."

"Extract the .zip file and open the folder of extracts. Click on SetUp and it installs automatically including on top of another installed driver. This upgrades the soft v.90 modem to v.92. When modem is connected an icon for the PCtel HSP Modem V.92 Configuration Utility V1.0 appears in the System Tray. This utility includes MOH and other switches.
