"What the heck is this? Not only does the scanner remain unrecognized on my computer, but your driver set up program puked up many useless files onto my desktop. no explanation or forewarning of this happening, and, also....get error messages when I try to install saying that WIN NT has to restart... I am not running NT, and the program is for XP supposedly... HALP!"

"Download ok unzip ok only diagnostic icon available and it doesn't work winXP sorry window pops up.

I don't intend to buy all new equipment because I upgraded to XP, the old equipment worked excellent up intil Xp.
