"I am trying to use my webcam by running the application vpeyev1.exe, but an error message keeps popping up saying "This application has failed to start because japi.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Well I went to the web to look for the driver to download the vp-eye program again, and I re-installed it, but the same message
