"Using operating system XP, the driver installed onto the system tray but did the scanner did not work. I don't know whether it was my fault, as i had previously attempted to install it from a different source. It is also conceivable that the scanner is faulty"

"The scanner will run if you use a program to scan things into like Word, Excel etc.. But there is no user program so you can't open the scanner to choose the destination. But it works!!!!"

"The driver does not have an actual interface or (User Program) under the start menu. You will not be able to use the scanner in Windows Imaging. You will have to use a TWAIN imaging program to access the programs interface and be able to scan."
