"It worked excellent in my disgusting Vista. Thought it won't work but it did. Vista installed my adapter automatically but didn't initialized it and then I installed this one and it worked. :)"

"SORRY, this driver did not work with my Prolific U232-P9 adapter. It just removed my old driver. Impossible to install the new driver."

"Just double click it, follow the steps. and its ready to use.

Note: i have other driver, it's just differ only on revision number. this one is 004. so up to u're hardware. mine is completely no problem."

"Good WHQL singed drivers, windows accept it as DKU-5 drivers. But havent connected Nokia mobile to it as i have just downloaded it.

Thanks to Driver Guide .com admins and members for this terrific and FREE service. Hope you keep it up.

"Have a Magellan Meridian Color GPS rcvr. Using Magellan's Serial to USB adapter cable. Driver supplied by Magellan would not work, could not connect to GPS. Using XP-Pro. Installed this driver and GPS was recognized and all works well."

"Installed the driver including the ser2pl.sys file to my systems\driver driver and it worked fine. Next day, it

quit working and I'm trying to redo what I did to get it

working again."

"The cable continued to be unrecognised by XP Pro. Whether this is a fault with the cable or the driver I don't know, but as the cable was brand new and the driver disk was of no help, I decided to try this download as a last resort. I took the cable back last week and got a refund."
