"Did what it says on the box and got my rather elderly scanner working on my updated slinky new xp machine. At least, it was new at the time. The driver is still good though"

"Xp's Paint prog wouldn't acquire the scanner, so the excellent Irfanview

http:/www.irfanview.com was used to gain access to the scanner. Since then all has been well and even MS Paint has seen fit to play along. Ste."
