"This driver didnt seem to work with my system. I am running Windows XP Pro and cant seem to get a driver to suit. Same error comes up, missing NTLDR."

"My Maxtor 250 GB drive quit working during the night and I awoke to the dreaded NTLDR error. I assumed a corrupted boot partition so I installed a second known good drive with WinXP on it. I downloaded the diagnostics from Maxtor and the drive checks out fine when I run the test from a floppy. However, my WinXP Pro drive refuses to recognize the Maxtor. I downloaded thi
