"Attempted to use for Win2k-Pro, but didn't take. Had to experiment with drivers found on www.conexant.com and finally found HCFu_WinXP.zip to work (on Win2k). Can't atest to XP compatibility."

"4th PC I've tried this modem on. Finally works & works well. Don't know if it was the driver, or finally installing on an XP box."

"have windows xp pro. this driver would not boot. Used xp19604.exe from this site and it loaded and all is working great."
