When my service was setup the installer setup everything (including my computer's driver in case the USB connection was needed later). Afterward, he left paperwork, but took the unit's OEM CDROM. "Works fine....had to re-format a drive and lost the previous driver installed by Roadrunner, so this saved me a trip to office to obtain another installation disk."
