"Definetely no problem. I didnt install it directly frm the folder though. What I did was, went to system devices, they detected a UNKNOWN USB DEVICE with a ? there. Right click, update driver, select to read from the winscan pro folder, and there u go everything working well."

"I found that upon installation requested a S/N and when entering S/N of scanner, the requested box was one number less than on the scanner. Therefore could not install."
