"This will not work with a Oregon Scientific ds3868. It is for some other piece of software."

"The driver installs the file "C:\Windows\STK02N\STK02996.rra" which is reported as Spyware/Trojan/Backdoor attempt.

The connection refused at the Firewall & the file was blacklisted.

[The file may be "STK-The_Number_Zero-2N" or "STK-The_Letter_O-2N".]

The driver then promptly fails to detect the device for which is was installed,
