"Works fine with Via VT6102 Rhine II in Win2KPro. Just run the winsetup from the installation folder.

PLEASE -- WHEN SUBMITTING COMMENTS, STATE WHAT CHIP YOU ARE TESTING WITH! Not everyone has a 6105, and if 6102 isn't in the list, how do I know it works without possibly wasting my time to check it?"

"This driver was fantastic. I have been trying to get my network adapter to work for more than a year after a mobo upgrade and could not find the right driver. Out of shere desparation I tried this one and it works perfectly.
