"If your computer tells you that your usb device is not recognized, try unplugging it and plugging it back in, maybe several times. That worked for me. The Packard Bell mouse is kind of weird. This driver, which comes with a floppy disk (who uses floppies anymore?) isn't necessary."

"I tried it for my PB ps/2 wheel mouse on Win2000 and found the wheel mouse to be non-functional. Mouse model : "Mosuk", 3-button, wheel"
