TMW1008
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98SE, Windows 98
Setup file is in Japanese, but can be easily installed nontheless because the OK buttons are "outlined" by default. In Windows XP, I "unpacked" the files by running the exe file, ran setup, then let windows configure the card by letting it search for the unpacked files (choose CONTINUE anyways when DRIVER NOT SIGNED message appears - it still works with XP)
