"Can not tell you much about this driver. I am installing it for Windows Server 2003. The card is working but it is using a different driver. Intel 21041-Based PCI EthernetAdapter(Generic).

Go figrue, or is this what it should say?"

"This is same driver you can find on D-Link's site. But for DEC21041 based card it doesn't work (under Win98SE). Try DEC21041-AA drivers instead.

In Win95 or NT4.0 there is DEC21041 compatible adapter driver."
