"If you have problems getting a C-series (C4, C7, C9, etc) serial mouse to work with Windows 98, run this driver and then follow instructions in "README" file to edit the registry. It worked fine for me with a C9 mouse."

"I downloaded this driver, installed it and after rebootiong, the mouse did not respond, the keyboard did not respond and "windows installer" allowed me to browse ONLY at some address "1".

Am I happy at this? You bet this is the last time I download from this site!!!!!!"
