"Hi,

I was able to down load the driver to my desktop but, I wasn't able to load it to the printer. I kept getting an error that said "16 Bit Windows Subsystem". I don't know what that means or how to resolve it. Can you help me?

"I must say this is the most pain staking process I have submitted myself to. The driver tool guide only drives one insane. I came looking for a file due to the fact that the manufacturer's link is broken. Instead I have been lead on a 15 mintute goose chase full of "free" offers.
