"Installer wants to connect to internet to get files. Since this driver has to be installed first in order to connect, not much good."

"Perfect driver. Worked in the Gateway, couldn't find the driver at the new MPC site. Couldn't find a hole in the ground at the new MPC site"

"wasted a ton of time w/mfg and even via a bios upgrade

was considered for this, they wanted $59 for that! This was quick and correct-thank you!"

"XP detects the modem, however there is no compatible driver found within the files extracted from this archive. And as there is no setup program, it's basically useless. I don't know where the archive even extracts an XP directory, as there is no compatible driver within. And MSI forums have absolutely NOTHING on this modem. Certainly others have encountered this XP in
