"I can't use it because it will not download to the computer that my scanner is attached too. I keep getting in a "loop". I am so frustrated."

"works really well. better of using manual program installs as pressing buttons on scanner limits to 300 where as program goes higher and much more efects etc.. recomend"

"Went back to manf. site and used theirs which is identical I believe .. only worked when directly connected and then had to reinstall and more at least several times and not working with XP and HP 1310 computer .. trying scan32.exe .. perhpas this will work? Others had problems with this one so !?!?"

"This is last update to the Artec USB Scanner. The install was seemless as was the support. I used Adobe Acrobat integrated in Windows Word 2003, and you can scan documents and save them as PDF files from Windows Words without a hitch."

"It's like working with a server, it takes days to get it running but once it's going it continues to keep working. As long as you don't end up reinstalling your computer OS system."
