"About six years ago I bought the USB-version of the Acecat Flair tablet in Holland, under the name "Dynalink FreeDraw". It came with a driver that was supposed to do its job under Windows 95, 98 and NT4.0, but proved to be worthless for my Windows 98 SE OSR2. I had to download a newer version from the Dynalink site.

Today I spent an unpleasant amount of time
