"In order for this driver to function properly you need to download a utility file from www.networkeverywhere.com. The file needed is nwp11b_utility_v1.05.zip. Install the utility and run it and it solved my problem of not finding a file called tiacxGEN and my network card is working perfectly"

"I have tried the suggested install the utility first. Well under Windows 2000 it makes no difference. On a clean system (brand new install with sp4 installed from disk). Installed the utility available from Network Everywhere then rebooted and when it saw the card installed the drivers I dl'd nothing works utility says card not installed/or inactive.

Just lucky I did no

"I get such a hard time trying to even download the driver, then to tell u how good it is, this this is the only page i've found every driver im looking for but could never download it. To many pages, to many links, to many adds. this has to stop some where not like this MMGs is going to get to someone but had to let it go somewhere.

"Missing several files: tiacxGEN.bin, tiacxRMX.bin, tiacxSN.bin, and tiacxMX.bin. Calls to MFG no help either - same files as their site. What now?"

"You have to install the wireless utilities from networkeverywhere's website prior to installing this driver. The tiacxgen.dll file it asks for will be installed with the utilities (in winnt\system32\drivers under win2k)."
