"Works with my USB to Serial adaptor Vendor ID 067B Product ID 2303, Even though it shows up as a generic adaptor. Was able to connect a serial external modem, but had to install it manually. After installing, was able to see it working with com4 on the usb/serial adaptor and poll it for info. Overall, works well.
