This IS the modem driver for the Gateway MX3231 notebook. The file is listed incorrectly on their site under Vista, not Xp. THIS IS THE DRIVER FOR XP! Took me over 2 hours to find. Hope this helps someone 'cause it was a pain to find! (unzip and install through device manager)
