"This seems to have all neccessay files, but once I installed it and tried to install the modem it asked for a CD/Disk for several files that it could not find! I will try to d/l it again!!"

"I installed to Windows 2000, running Service Pack SP4 without any problems. I had to use the Device Manager under W2K,select the problem device,use the re-install button, & have it look in a specific location where I had uncompressed the files. It may not have made a difference that I had just clean installed W2K & SP4."
